Os alunos do English Club realizaram uma atividade de escrita criativa para a qual partiram da correção das seguintes frases:
I like
listening to radio.
Today the
weather was hot sunny.
The new
student comes Japan.
My friend
has lot of money.
The boy put
hands in pockets.
Do you
swimming every day?
Efetuada a correção, os alunos tiveram
de criar uma história que incluísse todas as frases apresentadas. Este trabalho
foi realizado em grupo e eis o resultado:
The new student
Today the weather was hot and sunny. The students werearriving at John's school where he and Mark were talking.
- I've heard there is a new student in our school. Do you know where he's from?
- The new student comes from Japan. I've heard he likes swimming just like me. What about you? Do you go swimming every day?
- Not really. I like listening to the radio. It's more interesting to me.
The boy put his hands in his pockets. He then showed me his new mobile phone. I thought to myself: "Wow! My friend has a lot of money!".
The new student is over there. Let's go talk to him!- said Mark.
In the end, we managed to meet him and he seemed pretty cool.

A day in the swimming pool
Today the weather was hot and sunny. I was in school and I decided to go to the swimming pool. But first I invited the new student who comes from Japan. He accepted my invitation. Then I said:
- In Japan, do you go swimming every day?
The boy put his hands in his pockets and said:
- In Japan there are no swimming pools.
- No problema. My friend has a lot of Money and he has got a swimming pool in his home. I can teach you how to swim.
Then we caught the bus and went to my friend's house. During the trip we talked a lot. The boy said:
- I like listening to the radio. In Japan I listen to it a lot and I have a portable radio. He learned how to swim and we decided to go to the swimming pool again. We have become good friends.
